The Hotel d’Alsace was built in 1987 on the site of an old watermill. The breakfast room and some of the rooms are built over the river Lauter.
The Hotel is situated at only 300m from the train station and 400m from the first shops and restaurants, making everything within easy walking distance. We have two free private car parks, one of which is large enough for a bus. We also have a closed garage to park your bicycles.
Come and relax outside on our small terrace overlooking the river or inside in our salon, where you can also find magazines and a large screen TV. Our drinks menu offers a choice of hot and cold drinks, aperitifs, digestives and a selection of local wines served by the glass or by the bottle.
Breakfast is a self service buffet. There is a choice of hot drinks (ground coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino) and fruit juices. We offer a choice of three cereals, fresh fruit, dry fruit, fruit purées and fresh fruit salad. There are also hams, cheeses, fromage blanc and a variety of yoghurts. We provide croissants, Kougelhopf, toast, baguette and cereal bread and to accompany them you will find four flavours of jam, honey and nutella. Bon Appétit!
Wissembourg has more than 20 restaurants and we will be happy to help you with your choice. Please note that during the quiet season the restaurants are mostly open between 18:30 and 20:30.
